It’s Summer Comp time again soon as .. SABC brews the Wheaty!
To help celebrate their fantastic success at the locally held national CBIA, taking out best small brewery in Australia and winning silver or bronze for 4 of their beers, Wheaty Brewing Corps with head brewer and landlord, Jade Flavell, will be giving us the run down of how they brew their best beers.
The November meeting will give Jade a chance to talk about comps, brews, recipe writing and hopefully give a few tips for us mere home brewers. We are so unworthy..
Remember the prizes for the summer comp will be bigger than ever, did we mention flights to next years GABS and a brewing experience at the Wheaty? Oh, and Brewer of the Year points. So choose from their vast list of beery concoctions and be brave… or foolish, AND It’s all about BEER.
