Last week’s meeting centred around water chemistry with two excellent presentations by Leon and Luke. If you missed the session, have no fear, we recorded the meeting. Members can download the mp3s and the presentation slides and recreate the meeting at your own leisure.

Club brew day
There was a lot of interest in the club brew day on Saturday, April 6. Currently, there will be six systems brewing with more welcome. This isn’t meant to be a solo brewing effort, we all do enough of that. All club members are welcome to come and join a brewing team and enjoy some wood fire pizza. If you want to bring gear and brew or be a part of a team, send Lachlan an email via the club (info@sabrew.com) and watch Facebook for some organisation stuff coming soon. We hope we can have some beers brewed for the club BeerBQ on May 4th. Put that date in your diaries if you haven’t already.
