Christmas Case Swap and brew day

The SA Brewing Club end of year brewday and case swap — ‘System Wars’II, the Chillers Strike Back’ (because we did one years ago…)
From 12pm at SA Brewing Supplies, Maria Street Thebarton the 100L mash will be up and running then boiled in separate smaller systems and chilled using different methods (immersion, plate, and no-chill).
The results will be blind-tasted at our January 15th meeting.
But wait, there’s more! There will be a BBQ and your homebrew to share — bottles, growlers or mini kegs.
The Christmas Case Swap will also happen during the day. Bring your bottles to swap in an esky or box and the elves will do their magic. If you didn’t register for it, there’s always next year.
