November meeting featuring Gladfield Malts

This month’s event is something a bit special – we’re super lucky to have Gabi from Gladfield Malt come and talk to us. Based in New Zealand, Gabi is well respected in the industry from professional breweries and home brewers alike, and their malt is one of the industry preferred.
Gabi will be talking about how to get the best out of your malts, and how to chose the best Gladfield malt for your recipe. Also joining Gabi will be Jade, head brewer at Wheaty Brewing Corps – an awesome wealth of knowledge between the two, so bring along any questions you might have!
There will be some tastings on the night from those who attended the brew day at Left Barrel – will be interesting to see the variations we get between brews!
