10-15 members are coming together to brew a 250 wort to all take away 20L each.  Brewers as a group choose what to make and as individuals to ferment with their own choice of yeast and add dry hops. The results will be tasted in November.

In lieu of just having a drinks meeting in December and cancelling our Christmas event, we are jumping onto this Wheaty event as a casual meet-up. Join SABC members for a sour beer masterclass at the Wheaty with Wildflower head brewer Topher Boehm.
